What is the purpose of connecting a PC to a TV?

See on Item F it's a RGB Video In.

Does that mean I can record stuff from my TV onto my computer? Not really sure what I can do but thought I would ask here.

if your computer has an s-video out, you can connect it to your tv.

but if you want to watch tv on your computer you need to get a tv tuner card

like that, yeah, using your tv as a computer monitor. Good for showing presentations, or video games if you like a big screen. Its just serves a display.

Yea. I used ot have a tv card, to watch tv, and with the right program (wintv2000 in my case) i could record programs when i went out. This is the card i had.
