I know someone who is wanting to sell a 15 inch AccuSync LCD5V-BK black color LCD monitor in good condition. Any estimations on what he could likely sell it for?

I'm using an old 15" Dell as a second monitor with similar stats. It's slow response time ( 25ms ) is visible when watching a sports game. If I was buying one today used - I probably would pay at the most 25-35 bucks for it. I'm using one - b/c i got it free when my friend replaced his PC. As a second monitor it's fine - but IMHO very small for a primary monitor.

What it's worth is dependent on what a buyer would pay you for it. I've seen 19" New monitors with 5ms response time sell for 70 bucks after rebates. They sell a couple times a month for 100 bucks. Also, since your NEC is an older Monitor - it's a bit dimmer than it was when it was new from regular use. That takes away from the value too.

I wouldn't give up the 15" monitor I got for free, but I wouldn't buy it today either. For dirt cheap - maybe. I look forward to replacing it with a larger 2nd monitor when I see a price I can't refuse on another good biggers screen :D

Here's a Higher Resolution - faster - 19" screen - new for $59 bucks after a 30.00 rebate

If you don't like that brand - keep an eye on the forums at Fatwallet for one you like. They have Monitor deals all the time. They had a 65.00 Acer 2 weeks ago.
