I recently discovered that when I certain pages on the web, some words are highlighted og shows a small commercial. It's just 1 or 2 words that are highlighted. It occurs at most internet-pages, but not all. My webmail is not included for instance. I have attached a screenshot to show what I'm talking about.
I have tried to run a virus scan without any luck.

What is that og where did it come from? And most of all, how do I get rid it?

What you are seeing are ads. You can try using an adblocker for your browser. If that don't work, let me know and I'll point you in a different direction.

I just tried installing the some adblockers without any luck. What else can I try?

Ok, the next suggestion is to use a modified hosts file that blocks these.

Follow the instructions on how to set it up and see if that works.

Using an updated host file didn't fix the problem either. Any more suggestions?

I think I might have fixed it. I removed an extension from google chrome, and for some reason that fixed the problem. But thanks for the help
