What is with my display?!

I noticed lately by any text or windows on my PC there has been a white fading by it, and on occasion my picture will roll on the screen like a broken VHS. Is my card failing?

It's like there is a "shadow" by all of my windows. I tried rebooting and my Windows start menu was effed up too.

Here is a photo I took of a dialog window for an example. IS my card failing? I am concerned because I do NOT have the money right now for a replacement!

I don't know because the issue LITERALLY just started.

Well check your refresh rate for your monitor. Check the cable and make sure your have a good connection.

I FIXED IT! There was pinch in the cable causing it to short out. I put on another cable and problem solved!

There is a small rip in the VGA cable and I have it held up in a position where it will work. This weekend I'll go to a thrift shop or something and get a new cable to fix it. I'll try to find one with thinner wire so it doesn't pinch as easily.

Who knew a small pinch could cause an issue of this level!
