What is wrong with my desktop?

Looks like the video, try another monitor and if that does not work try another video card. And you could hookup another computer to this monitor to see what happens. Good Luck

Can you make anything appear on it? Like if you open IE or iTunes or anything, will it disappear? Or is the box always there? Because if the box is always there then it is probably a bed screen.
