I made my own homepage using Frontpage and created 2 frames. On one frame shows Computerforum.com and the other shows Charas Project forum. I didnt feel like having 2 tabs as my homepage and i wanted to be able to check on anything new from both forums at the same time.

You don't use IE, that's how you do it. I only know how to do it in Firefox and Netscape, not IE.

Mine is set to Netscape, but since they changed it to the new Netscape (Which I hate) I'm thinking of setting it to Google.
