what kind of ram is better???

That is what I was think but wasn't sure because the OCZ has a faster mhz

If your going to be overclocking, I would consider the OCZ, it'll probally give you a bit more head room.

Well if you got the DDR2-900, it would run at DDR2-800 speeds anyway, since the P5B uses DDR2-800.
