What laptop to get, and how to get best performance.

Firstly, budget would be like 400max.

I want a laptop for five main reasons.

1. Making music on programs like FL Sudios (and others).
2. Making graphics on programs like Photoshop.
3. Making cartoons on programs like Toon Boom (maybe others).
4. Playing games like The Sims 3.
5. Internet Browsing and movie/music downloads.

Which laptop would be good cost wise and be quick and effective with using this programs and tasks. Just simple stuff.

Thanks for replying. Would I have to do anything like ugrade the RAM or anything, or do you think this would run well with the programs I named? I'll be storing a decent amount of data, but a lot of it will be backed up on USBs and CDs so I could probably keep it quite clean. If you have the intentions of using it like me, would the RAM and Hard Drive suffice?

That machine meet the minimum requirement of the programme you mentioned.
But i am not sure if you can run smoothly

I suggest you consider those AMD A-series laptop, starting around $500. They provide better graphic card
