What mobo do you recommend?

My K8N Neo2 Platinum is pretty much corrupted a couple days outside the box, with crashing BIOS's, broken 133 RAM divider and POST faliure.

Sooo, while I decide which replacement to go for, what would you recommend for a good overclocking board for my S939 Opteron 144?

...preferably one with working dividers (specifically the 133Mhz memory divider, since i'll be looking at ~300FSB).....

The DFI Nf4 Ultra-D is only around $130 and its the best overclocking board for that price.

Have you tried reflashing the BIOS before you buy a new board?

Yeah m8, first thing i tried before giving up. I was actually considering going DFI, most people I have seen with Opteron 144's have used them to successfully get good overclocks. Just wanted to get the flavour out there lol.

Funny how you always seem the only person who answers my thread.... (and that's not a dig at you lol)

No offense, but did this board just screen up, or did you fry it trying to o/c it.

If its the latter, i would recommend not o/c the next until you learn more about how it is done

No i didn't fry it trying to overclock. It's a faulty board that even with reset jumpers fails to boot. I'm getting it refunded.

Well the dividers are on the CPU rather than the mobo....

You can get the ASUS A8RMVP for that ballpark too and that is arguably a superior OCer
