What monitor do i buy?

What monitor do you guys recommend for this build? I would like 1440p monitor with at least 27". Also great colors and refresh rates. This build will mainly be used for video rendering, capturing, gaming and also programming. The price needs to be under 400$ CAD(or 450 max). Thanks!

You won't be getting 1440p panels with high refresh rates for that price. Check out the VG278HV from Asus. 1080p, 144hz, 27", 1ms

Well the refresh rate isnt my main concern i could go with lower, even 60 htz
