what motherboard should i go with?

ASUS Crosshair IV Formula AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

i am trying to build a gaming computer for the best results but with the lowest amount of money possible. my friend has the crosshair IV, but i want to go with something cheaper if possible. i would just like everyones opinion on which one i should go with. for the record, i have the first motherboard in my current setup after i had changed it multiple times.

For upgradability the Asus M5A88-V EVO because its AM3+

For price and features the MSI, but it does claim to be AM3+ (compatible)

now going with this motherboard, should i wait for the amd bulldozer or should i go with the amd phenom 2 six-core 1090t?

Well the Zambezi suppost to be released around the 15th. of next month, probably hit the streets a few days later. Should be quite abit faster then the Phenom II. Comes in 4/6 and 8 core. Think priced between 190/320 bucks as of now. If you do wait, I would wait on the board too. The new 900 series chipset are coming out at the same time.
