What motherboard to get

Whats a good motherboard thats a really good overclocker for socket LGA775 and supports 1333 FSB? Also supports higher speeds of ram.
 
I want the motherboard to support all of these things and be a really good overclocker.

qaud-core / core 2 extreme / core 2 duo cpu's
dual channel memory supported
FSB up to 1333MHz
supports memory of DDR2 1066 atleast
4 240pin memory slots
3 pci slots if possible

I'm looking for a good overclocker and a good board that will last me a while without problems but still has a decent price.
