yes it will fit both motherboards. the first one would be my best bet

They both fit, because as you can see they both have the same socket type as the CPU. I would also have to agree that going with the first one would be the better choice.

Sorry but I think your wrong. Its ready for Crossfire but it will work with any PCI motherboard.

AMD Opteron 148 2.2GHz / 1MB Cache / 1000MHz FSB / Socket 939 / Hyper-Transport / Processor with Fan

Some are 939 and some are 940. This one, however, is 939
