I'd go the corsair one. More wattage and better brand ;-)

PC Power and Cooling make many of the Corsair units. The decision comes down to whether you need 60A or 70A on the 12V rail, and that will depend on the gear you want to run.

2 120mm fan
1 250mm fan
1 disk drive
and 4 x2gig sticks of ram

Don;t think you will be using 2 x 4850, as the intended mobo has 1 x PCIe slot according to the Newegg and Gigabyte websites.
