what part annoys you the most? inside pc

Definately feeling like I'm going to shatter my motherboard when installing the cpu heatsink/fan. Never heard of anyone actually snapping one in two though. I suppose anyone who's done it isn't likely to tell everyone about it. :)

I'm actually afraid I'll break the RAM snapping it into the slots.

the cramped inside of my laptop.. almost busted my ram stick in half trying to get it to fit in, when I just had to "lightly" put it in at a 30 degree angle.

hey voyagerfan99, did you get that from my post lol :P - the ram was actually pretty strong

Yup. I got it.

Trying to put on the damn heatsink/fan onto the motherboard. Took me a half hour to get it on there and I thought the motherboard was going to break in to those damn push pins didn't want to go in.

Wires. I hate wires. I wish components were wireless. Boo wires.

haha yeha everything should be wireless.. somehow..
it would be great.

I find that the most annoying part is plugging the case wires into the mobo... i never get it right first shot haha

Yeah I never get the case wires right the first time it takes me a few times. Everything should be wireless.

usually the start botton isnt plugged in so i cant turn it on and then get scared haha.
or the restart and start buttons are swapped...
it sucks. surely there much be an easier way. some motherboard have good instructions as to what wires go where...
but why cant they group them together into one plug? haha. actaully that might not work too welll. but still.. surely they could do something

im using a stock HP case right now.

swap it for a nice antec 900 or something,i swapped my old Hp from its crappy Hp case to a black Gigabyte case and it looks so much better.

that little motherboard looks so small though lol in the new bigger case.

heres the Hp internals inside the new case.

Yeah, Front pannel connectors, they're never easy!

I'd have to say the biggest annoyance for me, is fitting the Tuniq Tower... Talk about hard. That thing must have taken me about 40 minutes to get in

It's so fidly... But then, I was installing it when the MOBO was in the case...

Getting the motherboard in and then finding out you need to put more screws in and then you have to take it out and i have to agree - front panel connectors are a pane!

I was about to say "Stop complaining" in regards to the front panel, but then I remembered how my reset button was never connected correctly... :o But hey, I never need it :P

Honestly, I dislike all these new screw less designs. Some are OK, but some are just plain annoying. For example, my case has little clamps for the expansion cards. While they're not as difficult to use as some screwless cases I've come across, using the clamps along isn't safe. Any pressure on the card cases them to pop loose, thus I'm forced to use those clamps AND screw the cards down. Or these things to lock drives in the bay. I could probably undo 4 screws by the time I get some of these undone, and look at my floppy. It doesn't slide in and out, but it wobbles as if nothing's holding it!

what I dislike? dust,.. it looks soo ugly when the components in your pc get dusty!

I swear, if I opened up all my school computers and blew them out, I'd have about 20 pounds of dust. (Mostly all the towers are sitting on the floor)

I cleaned up a compaq for my friend - Eww. That had a lot of dust to it. Same with two other ones I fixed for some other friends. I almost gagged.
