What parts should I put in my Computer?

I just started making a computer its got a 500W ATX Psu and a HP Dvd Rom placed in.

I was just wondering what parts do you think i Should put in for about 400-500 bucks? for it to be complete.

It is a Mid Tower Case.

Do you have a monitor, keyboard or OS(Operating System) for it yet?

When I finish making it I'm going to sell it. Then with that money make another one and so on.....

Newegg usually has the cheapest prices...I'd shop there if youre gonna resell it.
