what psu to use with these parts

I have a no name brand psu 500w with my case right now and i am lookoing to get a better brand psu...what to get??...what brands are good?? what watt should i look at??

I am going to o/c my cpu and maybe get a better vid card later on.

What video card do you have now (the model, not the amount of memory), and more importantly what do you intend to get? What's your budget for the PSU?
 
Both good power supplies. If you want to stay within the budget, the Seasonic S12 550W is great. More than sufficient for your current system, and there aren't any sub-$200 video cards on the market today that will even come close to stressing it.

You may also be able to find the Corsair HX520 elsewhere, which would be another good choice.
