2gb, max. But it depends if you have rev. 1.0 or 1.1 if its only DDR 200/266 or up to DDR 333. Look on the board where the model number is and it should list it.

1. Type: DDR266/200 ( For rev 1.0)
2. Type: DDR333/266/200 ( For rev 1.1)
