What Recording software has the best fps?

So yeah, as the title says i'm wondering what recording software has the best fps?
Nvidia's shadow play is not an option since i can't use it on a amd gpu?
 
I prefer FRAPS, but if you are recording at high resolutions you need either an SSD or second drive to write the video too.
