What should I do

I have a laggy computer and I just want to play games without lag. I always has to put graphics on low whic I don't like. I could get a new graphics card but my parents won't buy it at all. Here are me specs
Processor:Intel(R) Celeron(R)CPU N2840 @ 2.16GHz 2.16Ghz
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics
Cores:2
Logical Processors:2
Physical Memory:4.00Gb
 
You will have to buy something substantially better than what you have to enjoy high end games. If your parents wont fund that, and to be honest I am 100% on their side, then you will have to save up. Lots of money to buy a decent computer.
 
Isn't that a laptop? Not really that upgradable.

Realistically it's new computer time. An Xbox or PS4 is generally cheaper if you just want to game.
 
I have Xbox and PS3 I just wanted to play universe sandbox, rocket league,ksp and fsx. But I never found a flight simulator for console
