I just got a cd/ dvd burner for my comp,it needs 800mhz and 256mb ram.
Now i'm not worried about the ram now but i'm only running 668mhz can i upgrade this? I have all the specs from sandra lite if you guys need to know anything.

thanx 4 the help but i think this system is just too old for ocing.
I might just start all over from scratch.

i woujld just try the cd.dvd burner anyway, i shouldn't think it would break anywthing, and i would gues it would still work, but slower than specified

do what lee101 said, and also, when you burn, make sure you set it to the lowest possible speed.

Thats exactly right it will burn, but indeed slower then it should.
