What should i do?

if you look in my sig you can see that my dell computer isnt that good. well its alright for what i do. So here is my question.

i want a graphics card that will support full open gl2 as i use After affects and need it. also i dont want an amazinf graphics card that is to good for my computer and will be a waste of money.

so what would you recommend? i'd like to get a better one than i have and also i wouldnt mind an nvidia card but what do you think?
