If it's PCI Express that wouldn't be a bad price (I've found some new ones for $330 USD ~ 273 euros), if it's AGP, just buy it new (you can find them for $280 USD, which is about 232 euros)

EDIT: Sorry just saw the SLI capabilities of it, yeah, that's a pretty good price.

You can get a similar one brand new for $310, i would go with that over a used one personally.
