what should i take ?

hi i am building my new computer and i would like to know what mobo to pick
the : GA-K8NF-9 (http://tw.giga-byte.com/MotherBoard/Products/Products_Spec_GA-K8NF-9.htm)
or the : A8N-E (http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?modelmenu=1&model=455&l1=3&l2=15&l3=171)


the rest of the computer:

graphics card : HIS X800XL IceQ II Turbo 256MB PCIe

processor :AMD ATHLON 64BIT 3500+

ram : 2*Major DDR 512MB 400MHZ MAJOR
and i have all the rest of the parts (hdd,cd,case...)

ram : 2* DDR II 512MB 533 MAJOR

AMD doesn't sipport DDR2 yet to my knowledge. Both boards you are looking at are 184 pin DDR, while you have 240 pin DDR2. Even if you were to somehow force it into the slot, it will not work.

i keep forgetting to change the ram to : 2 Major DDR 512MB 400MHZ MAJOR

I would go with the Asus. I had and Asus in my old computer and it ran great..... But had to sell it
