what should I update?

Hello everyone,

Most of the websites I visit come up on my screen with a very strange format (see below)
It is for any website i visit including yahoo.com

When I refresh the screen (or re upload) everything is back to normal. I am using the latest version of chrome. Anyone has a recommendation please?

Firstly, remove the pics, unless you want spam on that email address shown.

Try this first:

1. In the Chrome browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
2. Click the More Tools link.
3. Click the Clear browsing data link.
4. Use the drop-down menu to select the time range from which you want to clear browsing data.
5. Clear browsing data by selecting checkboxes. Select the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
6. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.

Restart computer and try again. IF this doesn't work reinstall Chrome.
