What should I upgrade first?

Hey,
I'm upgrading my Gaming PC and I have no idea where and what to start with first.

-I want to be able to play games on better quality setting
-To be able to use it with programs such as fraps without lag issues to start doing Let's Plays on youtube
- To run faster

Here are the specs for my PC :

Windows 7 64 OS
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 550 - 3.40ghz
Memory: (RAM) 4.00 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260
Primary hard disk: 100GB Free (233GB Total)

Let me know if there is anything I've missed, but I'd really like to know what I should upgrade the most and which to start with.

Which motherboard do you have?
250GB HDD seems small to me. Is it an old one? Or is it SSD? What is the model number?
Have you got retail version of OS?
