What would people recommend? i have a 80gb drive but i have no room left once all of my software is on so what i was wondering is. what size hdd should i get just for my OS and all of the software that i need? should i go 160 or 320? also i have a lot of music. is 320 to big? will it slow down? i need the best performance?

Yeah thats what ive been thinking but when i look at the price of a 160 and then the price of a 320. i think. yeah i'll go for the 320 but i know it'll be wasted space and dont want to clutter up the OS hdd. but then i know that i will use all of the 160. its like catch22. i dont know what to do
Extra space on a drive is fine. You don't want to buy a drive then run out of space. Just don't go getting stuff to put on because you have space. The 160 may be cheaper now (price per GB is probably more thoguh) but if you have to buy another drive when you fill it up then it's no good.
