What slows your PC boot?

Has anyone tried this new bit of freeware? It analyzes your boot up and breaks it down into each and every process/program that loads with a time against it. It then gives you the options to stop/pause or delay it or moving it to the end of the boot sequence.
It also keeps a historic graph so you can see if anything recently installed is slowing you down.

Just tried that out. Is an awesome bit of software :) Found some stuff that was booting that I didn't need and didn't show up in msconfig :)
 
That is an amazing piece of software, I've downloaded it, and have added it to the freeware list, good stuff :D
