what software would you like to see?

Just a general question: what open source software would you like to see your school using?
What kind of things could be added to websites to make them more interesting for students?
 
well in the way of software XP is cool and all but i really like Linux, NO macs... sry but i dont know y they have macs any where! bsides that no real complaints...although the schools that ive been to the network security is a joke...they have to realize that most kids that want to get around the proxy software can.
 
Firefox :)

for the websites thing....Content, websites always have good layouts and stuff but not enough content. and the ones that DO have contant(nbot that many) have crap layouts.
 
i don't know what kind of open source software i would like to see my school using, but we already have firefox on all of the computers (pc's and mac's). Also I know for some of the programming classes linux is used.
