Hi,
Can anyone suggest what is happening here please?
The problem affects Blackberry Mobile Phone Desktop Syncing software (Outlook to Blackberry) and I am only posting here as the problem might be Windows XP and PC related?
When the Sync process starts I get a message saying ‘Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close’ ~ report to Microsoft etc…….the usual screen.
Desktop Manager the software involved in the Outlook to Mobile syncing process.
It did work until a couple of days ago and I have removed and reloaded the software 4 times now to no avail.
In the meantime I have loaded the software onto our second PC and Laptop and it works perfectly on those which makes me think that there is a problem with the first machine but I do not know where to start looking.
All machines are running XP SP2 and connection is via USB2.
