What temp do I trust?

I recently bought a new Mother Board, CPU and Some DDR3 Memory, here are my specs:
AMD Phenom II X2 550 Processor
Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3
G-Skull 2x 2GB DDR3
BFG 9800GT

I have successfully Unlocked my CPU to Quad Core (currently I'm not running it like that because I want to get a better CPU cooler before I do), and I would like to monitor my CPU temps, but out of the three programs I have tried (ET6, Speed Fan and Core Temp), I am getting two temps for the CPU one is about 13-15c higher than the other, and the strange thing it that they follow the same path, have a look at the pictures below:

Note that Core Temp's "CPU" Temperature is the same as SpeedFan's "Core" Temp, and ET6's "CPU" Temp is the same as SpeedFas's "Temp2" Temp.

Sorry if the pictures are a bit big, but I just want to make sure you can see everything.

Idle Temps:

Here in SpeedFan you can see the path both of the temps follow, it looks like the "Core" Temp has a little more going on (less straight spots), so that might mean that it's closer to the processor:

I am guessing they are just two different sensors monitoring the same thing, but witch one do you think I should trust, the other thing is that when I boot my computer or wake it from sleep, ET6's CPU temp is already around 34c while Core Temp's CPU Temp is around 23c.

Any help on clearing this up would be great!

You're lucky you get temp readings at all when you've unlocked the CPU. Normally you get none.

Speedfan is not reliable. Try CPUID HWMonitor.
