Hi,

Im sorry if this was posted in the wrong section?

I was gonna post it in the Video/Monitors section but wasnt sure.

Anyway....

Can someone explain to me what temps these are showing?

I know temp 1 is my Cpu and the HDO is my hard drive?

Is one of those showing my Graphics card temp because i didnt think my card had a sensor on it?

Heres screenshot...

hehe we have the nearly the same sensor type.

Anyway i soppose my Graphics card doesnt have a sensor or it would display the AUX temp on mine wouldnt it?

I wish there was a way i could monitor my Gpu temps.

I dont have a clue what the other temp reading are:mad:

Use Catalyst Control Center since you have an ATI card, that tells you the temp in the overdrive bar.

I tried Catalyst Control Center before and it displayed no temps at all:mad:

Even with the NGO ATI Optimised drivers im using now dont display the GPU temps,The setting is grayed out...

I have not known Speedfan to show GPU temps.

It LOOKS like the Temp1 44C is your core temp - the temperature INSIDE your processor.
CPU temp is often taken from a probe inside the motherboard, underneath the CPU.

Open Speedfan, then open a CPU-intensive program, and see if Temp1 rises significantly. If it doesnt move at all, I have no idea what it is. (My Temp1 seems to stay at 40C, no matter what). It's possible Speedfan is reading what it thinks to be a temperature probe, and displaying it as 44C, but it's not actually a temperature probe.

Well the only thing i have on my pc which i think is most CPU-intensive is my game calle Warrock.
Temp 1 didnt change at all....Even when playing the game.
However Temp 2 did rise a little....About 5c more.

Can you click 'Charts', select every temperature, then play a game for a bit. Then, post a screenshot of that graph. That's the easiest way.
