every time i boot up my comp, i get a message where my zonealarm program is asking whether i want to block something called "viewmgr"...ive been denying so far but i need to know if this thing is harmful or not

If I were you I would just unistall it using this tool: www.cz3rt.com/ViewpointKiller.exe
I used the tool and it removed it well.

http://ask-leo.com/viewmgrexe.html comes with AIM I think

i looked at it on my friends computer, and it seems harmless...just one of those loose ends that you dont need and can tie up without worrying about ruining anything important.
