hey so i am trying to use my xbox 360 controller on my pc. it is a wired controller and it sais that all the drivers are downloaded but when i try to use it, it doesnt show up. anybody know why?

You'll have to get a separate driver from Microsoft. Windows drivers won't cut it.

yea its a microsoft controller and i downloaded that and it didnt work either. hm what the heck could it be

Well then it's obviously your PC that's having the issue. If the correct drivers are installed then there's no reason why it shouldn't work unless the controller is defective.

once you have it plugged in did you press the X logo on the controller?

it should bring up this little box on your desktop.

the controller works on my x box. and im using a wireless with a charge and play. the computer sais that it recognizes it. it sais x box 360 wireless controller connected via charge and play kit. is it because its not a natural wired controller it doesnt work?
