What to backup for a browser?

Cookie? Cache? history? Anything else?

And how to back them up so that I will be able to restore those data on another computer

How about 'elements you actually need and use'. Backing up cache is generally worthless. Cookies are worthless unless you can't remember your credentials. History is worthless unless you don't know how to use bookmarks.

If you use chrome you can just log in to your user and it will sync bookmarks and relevant items automatically for wahtever chrome browser you log into.

For most people, you only need favorites/bookmarks. cookies, history, cache are basically useless.
