What to buy next?

1x 2gb Adata 1600mhz ram cas latency 9
ATI X1950 Pro PCI-E 512MB Video Card
Corsair CX430 powersupply
Seagate 320gb 16mb cache 7200rpm drive

Now im just wondering would it be worth it to SLI my x1950 pro card? I know i am currently on directx 9.0 however i don't use any directx10 or 11 games. However it would most likely cost the same for a motheboard and another video card or just buying a 5770.

Also further upgrades: in order from 1-5
1. Sapphire 5770 154.99 / Motherboard w/ x1950pro 150-.
2. CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W 92.00
3. 1x 2gb Adata 1600mhz ram 45.00
4. Amd Phenom II x4 955 150.00

Possible also would be a solid state drive, but too far off, if you have any other suggestions id more than be willing to hear you out, and all the advice is greatly appreciated.

You can't SLI an ATI card, lol. The word you're looking for is Crossfire, and no, it really wouldn't be worth it. The rest of that looks good, though PSU's vary in pricing so much that it may be better to wait until you buy one before you pick it out, so you can do some price hunting.

Yup that is it and thanks for the correction on the SLI, i almost fell asleep on my keyboard last night so it does not surprise me. Btw just a quick question just wanted to make sure i got this right for the processor.

Trying to make sure i got it right.

Amd Athlon II X2 2.9GHz 4000mhz hyper transport

200MHz x 14.5 = 2900MHz
225MHz x 14.5 = 3262MHz
 
Even if you wanted to there is no way you could do crossfire with that motherboard. There is only one PCI Express x16 slot.

I would also suggest to go with a good quality solid state drive. A hard drive is a bottleneck in a lot of systems. 200 megabyte per second read speeds are much better than 90 to 100 megabyte per second read speeds.
 
I'd so go for another 2GB of ram and then the solid state if you want a snappier system or a 5770 if you want better gaming performance. They should both come out to around the same price.
 
My current build with my 5770 that i used to have used about 360w, according to a psu caclulator. I had everything maxedd too, capacitor aging and cpu usage.

the 430w corsair should be more than enough.
