What to Buy?!

I'm planning on upgrading my computer.

Components I want to buy:
Corsair 620HX for my power supply
MSI Radeon 4850 for my video card

Currently, I have a Radeon 1300X vid card. I'm concerned with buying these components because I know that it all has to be compatible. So it's important that both my power supply and new vid card is compatible with my motherboard.

What motherboard would be compatible and efficient for both? How does my processor figure in? Would it also be compatible? I have an AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+

I also want to buy a new CPU because mine is horribly out of date, so my queries also pertain to that as well.

Thanks.

Well, if you get a new CPU, you most likely will need a motherboard, and then new ram.

Also do you think your motherboard will take the 4850??

Sounds like youre just about going for a new computer. How much are you looking to spend?

What motherboard do you currently have?

Okay, so I just opened up to see what motherboard I have (since I wasn't the one who originally bought it) and it only takes AGP, so yeah, definitely getting a new motherboard too then. I suppose I'm going for pretty much a new computer now. Thinking I'd get the Intel E8400 as well. I'm hoping to spend no more than $200 for each component. New motherboard, new vid card, new CPU and power. Though I'll focus on the former three components first. Now I just need to know what motherboard is good for this and if all of these components would be compatible with each other.
