It's probably pre-built, then, what brand? They may use their own brand of PSU.
The GPU should be compatible and work good if you have PCI-e x16 slot, and a decent enough PSU.

guys i found new graphics cards for much cheaper

its 58$ in my country graphic cards are cheap so i can afford some pretty good ones just cant choose what card i want 512mb

If you only have $58, 4650/ 4670 would be good. I think the one you mentioned is with GDDR2, get one with GDDR3 if you can.
