what to choose?

Go with the toshiba!! Vizio's have a lot of problems and break alot. I know someone that fixes tv's and such and he just told me today that he fixes vizios alot and suggested not to get one.

The Toshiba is the better choice. It's a more trusted brand and it looks better than the Vizio.
