What to do whit a .bin file?

I've just downloaded a game and the file consists of a bin file. WHat do I have to do to get the game working?

Please note: I have no cd/dvd drive!

bin usualy are binary files, and I think that u should debug the game before u run it
this happens when using linux and u install something

Because he downloaded an illegal file, most likely from a Torrent or P2P.
