What to do with RAM.

Ok,

I've been looking at upgrading the amount of ram in my computer from 1 GB to 2 GB. But I've encountered, well a few decisions and choices about what I want to do. My comp specs are in my sig. Remember this before making any comments, my board only supports 2 gb of total ram.

Do I just another 1 gb of the same RAM I have now? Or do I get two better 1 GB sticks, with tighter timings? Or 4 512 MB with Tighter timings?

If you are going to make any suggestions, please post brand and model names so I have an idea what to get.
 
well... if your board supports dual-channel mode (don't remember and i'm to lazy to look it up) you could benefit from 4 x 512MB sticks... but it would probably be the most expensive way to go (that and getting 2 new 1 GB sticks)... if it was me, i would just stick another 1 GB stick in of what you got, it's the cheapest and will get you by for now...
