What to do

Well my computer is 4 years old now so I think its time for an upgrade
So whats I have is
Graphics:9600gt 512mb
Cpu:Amd Athlon 64 x2 5200+ @ 2.6ghz
Ram:2gb's (Couldnt tell you the speed)
And I'm not sure of the mother board but I know it only supports up to dual cores
So my budget is pretty low and I want to buy a monitor as well so what part should I upgrade first? I was thinking the graphics card to a ASUS Radeon HD 5750 but I'm not sure

Download CPU-Z to find out mobo model.
I think it would be best to upgrade CPU, but I don't know if your budget allowed
