I've recently acquired a 1TB 960 EVO nvme SSD.

I already have a 250GB 960 EVO and thats where my C drive etc is.

I'm debating on removing the 250GB and reformatting to use the 1TB as the single drive. I'm just questiong if anyone sees anything wrong with this thought process? I typically use a small drive for c.

I also dont plan to use the 250 in this PC so the new 1TB would be c drive..storage..everything in 2 partitions.

or.

Better to leave in the 250GB, not reformatt and use the 1TB as most would as storage, data, etc. (motherboard has dual M.2 slots)

thoughts?

I almost bought a 1 TB 960 EVO drive when they went on sale for like $350 or so. I'd just use the larger drive as an OS drive so you don't have to juggle data everywhere and can have more crap on that juicy 3.2 GB/sec.

3.2 GB/sec. Wow! Now I am certain that you should switch them out.
