What to get with my $5K

Id definately pick Laptop 5 out of all of those, due to screen resolution, half decent video, ample storage space, although you didn't put how much RAM it has.

It has 4GB.

Hehe..hard to choose .What are you going to use it for.Unless I was to do some away from home gaming I would choose the less expensive Lt's and use the rest of the money for your other items.Dont need that much if your just going to use it as a PDA.

Hard to say, lol. I'm leaning towards the Asus M70 for $1,549 since it seems to be the best overall. I looked at some of the 15.4" Asus laptops, but they only have a 6-cell and get under 2 hours of battery, so if I bought an 8-cell then I'm basically up to the price of the M70.

I just don't know if it's worth spending $550 more for the M70 over the Acer....
