i'm guessing i should get this one over the other one since i dont need intergrated speakers.

is this for gaming, if it is you sould not be looking at anyting above 16ms responce time to prevent ghosting.
 
i just bought a 19" hyndai lcd l90d+ lots of reviews. only uses 45w max as my desktop crt takes 75w.
 
Yeh

Could have got something better in my opinion with a lower response rate. Oh well, I guess you will be happy with your choice however. I have a 25ms LCD monitor and have never seen that ghosting problem people mention.
