What to look for in a REAL GOOD headset?

is the price for the Plantronics worth it?
should the frequence response be smaller or bigger?
is the sensitivity as loud as it gets?

so far i've chosen these two headsets

If i was ever to buy PC or Home Stereo headsets,they would be cordless,radio controlled and a vol control for each ear.
Listen to your mp3's without stareing at the monitor. ;)
