what to put settings on...

ok so like before when i had that problem getting windows to boot (its fine now) i had to set my boot up disk to the "CD setting" in the bios...im wondering if im supposed to change the boot setting to something else now that everything is installed...i hope my question makes sense

You do not have to.

As long as a CD is not in the drive everything will work just fine. But since you already know how each it is to change the sequence, you can easily change it back.
