What to upgrade next?

I want to keep my comp performing well with gaming and normal usage. Heres my system.
Gigabyte 6600gt
Athlon 64 3000+ (2.25ghz)
DFI Lanparty, NF4.
(2x512) Corsair Value Ram, cas 2.5, 205mhz.

I was thinking I should get another 6600gt and put them in sli, but I dont know if I should get another gig of ram or scrap it for a gig of high quality, oc-able ram. Also, I figure I could get 2.5ghz out of the processor but I dont know how to keep it cool enough.

What should I do?

Get a Zalman Aero Flower and you can get it to 2.7Ghz hopefully, then sell your 6600gt and buy either a 6800GS or 7600GT, or if you aint gone PCI-E yet sell your board and card, get a cheapish Asus and a 6800 or higher if you can still afford it:)

How much can you spend on an upgrade? Another gig of RAM is always good, and a decent CPU cooler (although the stock AMD HSF works well) can help you with your OCing goal.

he has to have a pci-e board considering he was planning on buying another 6600gt for sli

i agree with you on that. 6600gt sli wont be very powerful. i would first sell the 6600gt and get a better card, if i had money left over then i would buy a new cpu cooler, and if u have money after that left over get anotehr gig of ram.

Thanks guys, i dont have a price in mind, but im pretty poor. So would it be better to spend 250 on a new card instead of 150 on another 6600gt? And another gig of ram would be better than a gig of good ram?
