What type of HD?? HELP

Hey guys I was wondering which HD would give me the best bang for my buck? I got a new MO-BO (GIGABYTE GA-M57SLI-S4 Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD). Check specs for my info on my current pc

Get a SATA hard drive. Doesn't matter if it's SATA/SATA2/SATA150/SATA300. As long as it's SATA.

SCSI hard drives need a PCI controller card, which isn't cheap at all.

IDE drives were the HD's we had before SATA.

SCA drives seem to be an adaptation of SCSI drives, and will require controller cards as well.
