what type of ram do i need?

alright thanks a ton. before this post i never really understood what ddr and 400mhz means but its pretty clear now.

one more question, is it a problem that my ram is hard to put back into the mobo? because when i removed mine to write down what it said, i put it back in but i had to use alot of force to get the holder things on the top and bottom to go in the little slots
 
alright thanks. i know for a fact that i put it in correctly, but i was worried that there would be another problem or something
